Credibility and Assurance

ELC* is licensed by John Moetteli to perform its services and his firm, Da Vinci Partners LLC, an international patent and trademark firm (www.moetteli.com), has taken on the responsibility of reviewing ELC service performance. In order to help ensure that the services paid for are actually performed over the long term, in addition to regular ELC backups, all ELC software and client data is backed up to the Da Vinci Partners LLC server in Switzerland weekly and held in escrow in the event it is later needed to reestablish service. In addition, in case of the inability of ELC to perform its services, all rights revert to Mr. Moetteli who is then empowered to reestablish services by creating a new company to manage the site along with the backed up client data. It's his personal goal that ELC clients, whereever they might be, are satisfied with the work performed. It's his firm belief that he'll have the opportunity to meet each and every client one day in the future. It's his hope that they will be satisfied with the services rendered.
